Final paper Submission and Registration for PACIIA 2009 Proceedings

There were a large of papers submitted to PACIIA 2009. However, due to the
space limitation imposed by the agreement with the Conference Publishing
Services of the IEEE , only a limited number of papers can be
included in the conference proceedings. All papers will be indexed by EI
Compendex, ISTP , and other indexing services.
For those authors who have their papers accepted for
PACIIA 2009, you are kindly reminded with the following notes:
1. In order to make high quality of PACIIA 2009
Proceedings, the camera-ready version should follow IEEE format. Kindly
download from here
2. All papers should format with above format strictly,
if your paper not format with it, your paper will not be indexed by EI Compendex
and ISTP. The length of the paper should not exceed 4 pages without extra pages
fees.
3. After Finish the final Paper, you can prepare a
Copyright Release Form. The copyright should download, print, write author names, paper title, sign a name and date, and scaned it to PDF format
